"27Jul25, Sun - came back for the bak chor mee, but the noodles aren't as al dente today. Also tried: kopi si kosong RM3.20 (but tasted sweet), toasted kaya butter bun RM2.60 (ok lah). 19Jul25, Sat - we stumbled upon this place and I love the bak chor mee (they call it spice sour noodles) here! Very nice al dente bak chor mee, chilli and vinegar taste and mix is done right, will come just for this again. Tasty and value for money! Soup is a little plain though. (Toilets clean except that only squat and no toilet paper.) Hope the cooking is consistent as I plan to return. Will also try the toasted kaya butter bun next time as they only serve this before 5pm. Spent: RM8 @ San Yuan Gourmet, Bandar Baru Permas (spice sour mee pok with minced meat, fried wantans). Soya beancurd was from itinerant hawker who came by and said in future can also place order through this eatery as they know her. RM5 for 1, buy 2 get 1 free. From AEON Permas where parking is RM1 per entry, cross the overhead bridge and walk through the first line of shophouses to find this eatery and many others behind."

"We enjoyed the tea and the laksa mini wok. Noodle texture and taste with black sauce is good. Portion serving is alright too. Will return again!"
